What protections exist for whistle blowers or for entities to do a policy backflip on all of this? Are there enough incentives for people to do what's right? I think this needs addressing if the treatment of yourself is anything to go by.

Yes, they would. Because *not getting COVID in the first place* is still far preferable to catching COVID and having a bad enough case that you need to be hospitalized, which is the point that Ivermectin would be used. Ivermectin is not a replacement for the vaccines.
