The Covid outbreak in the neighbor states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra started several weeks apart.

This graph represents cases. Are you suggesting that they are giving Invermectin to prevent transmission? Might it be the case that the severe restrictions on movement put in place might be responsible? The state Maharashtra implemented restrictions on the 22nd April.
