Well it's not India as they have run away covid cases. Only 1 in 30 infections is recorded and deaths are not being reported correctly. This in spite of wide spread use of ivermectin.

They may have run-away "cases" (read positive "tests") but their Deaths per Million is still super low @ 129 compared to South Africa's 897 and the US @ 1747 A positive unreliable "test" means nothing.
