Strange times. Millions of people all over other parts of the world have been vaccinated with Astra Zeneca vaccine with out problems. However some countries of Europe are having issues. Is this connected to the inefficient roll out of vaccination in Europe? Scapegoat?

Its possible there is a batch issue. Not all these countries halted the vaccine itself but rather a specific batch of it, till they get to the bottom of what might be the cause.
