The leadership in this country, has had tunnel vision on vaccines. But there was 9 months of un-necessary lock downs, or premature deaths in nursing homes, who were not availed of the right of a DR to prescribe HCQ + Zn or IVM in early state cv19.

You claim India uses it to treat COVID? Instead of prevent? In which case it wouldn’t explain the drop in new cases - which btw is STILL as many in 3 days as Aus has had in the whole pandemic (going by the article you linked)
