I know Arabs call their employees "Ab-d", which means Slave. They didn't learn a thing even after God send his favourite prophet to them!

I have been working with Arabs for 15 yrs, never ever Any Arab called me like that or I have ever heard somebody being called Abd (slave). In formal language they use موظف (employee)or عامل (worker). It seems you are under the influence of hearsay.
