“Ensuring access” to voter registration is NOT the same as giving them the right to vote. It is up to the individual states to legislate that. 2 concepts any Rep should be embarrassed not to know: “States Rights” & “Separation of Powers”. Candidates should need to pass a test!
We are one of the few countries that disenfranchise criminals. If they pay taxes, they should have a voice. This will all reduce the tendency for judges to lock up minorities for crimes that whites walk free from.
