So has there been any word from @YouTube on the slow HD encode speeds lately? Been noticing a LOT of 360p in the wild, and my latest has been in queue for ~3 hours with no change :-(

Thanks for reaching out. We are working to improve this! The availability of HD may take a bit longer than other resolutions. If you prefer to wait for availability of HD, you can upload your video as unlisted and make it public once that resolution is available.

And you're saying 11 hours is a normal time to still be at 360p?

And is there any specific reason my scheduled video isn't showing up on my channel??? Or the automated tweet didn't send out??? Come on YT!

Any ETA on getting HD on my video? Uploaded at 8:47p last night, still at 360p as of Noon. Very frustrating for my viewers.https://youtu.be/qlF2OfRbgjE

Can I upload and replace this file with a 1080/60 render? Reports seem to be saying 4K is the culprit.
