Private videos can still be shared, so we have an obligation to scan them using Content ID. This is also a benefit for creators: you can upload a video as private or unlisted & find out if that video will get an automated claim before you publish it live: https://yt.be/help/peVV

I mean will the affected videos by claims be a problem for me in reapplying to monetization or i can leave them on the channel, is it ok to leave them on the channel and reapply or i must delete them or something ?

Sorry for the confusion on our end – it's a good idea to remove claimed content from your channel as this can affect monetization. Check some FAQs here for more info about claimed content: https://yt.be/help/claims-FAQ

While we can't share specifics, we recommend that you go over the YouTube monetization policies: https://yt.be/help/AsbB . You should've received an email with more info + a message in Creator Studio. Once you have made revisions, you can reapply in 30 days.
