Hey @TeamYouTube, I love you dearly especially your website.
But I've been waiting since March to attain monetization for my channel. I've seen channels with many less total views that applied waaay after me get accepted into the program but I have not even been given a decision

not to mention I've been a creator on the platform since 2013 as well as have been a YouTube partner all the way up until the end of 2017! I'd hate to throw negativity towards you guys but it is my understanding that something may be wrong here. Any help would be appreciated!

As a channel with 7,000+ subscribers and a fun little fan base that continues to support me monetization on my channel would bring a lot of legitimacy to what I do. I've waited nearly a year and would love to resolve this or least be given some sort of hope. Thank you.

If you've been waiting that long, your channel had a first review but we didn't come to a clear decision, so extra effort & resources are going into more reviews. Creator Studio doesn't show this, so it's confusing & looks like you haven't been reviewed. Hope you hear back soon.

Okay well this has made it a bit more clear, thank you! But it seems a little far-fetched that after 9 months of waiting a creator would be still be in the process of being decided on. Especially with the fact that 99% of my content is streaming based and gaming based.

along with this, ive seen my peers who make similar content get a decision is about a month! so this + the fact that I had a nearly perfect track record when I was a partner for 4 years is where my confusion comes from. I love YouTube and I'd love to be able to take this further!
