@TeamYouTube I'm having trouble with uploading thumbnails on my videos. Once I drag the image into the drop box it shows up fine, but once I click save changes, the thumbnail resorts back to the automatically picked thumbnail. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you

We'd like to help. Are you getting any error message while uploading thumbnails? Does this happen across devices? Also, any screenshots would be appreciated. Keep us posted.

I don’t get an error message. Now it shows the thumbnail is uploaded, but when I go to my channel on the YouTube app it just shows my banner as the thumbnail.pic.twitter.com/Y0xP6KuKQP

Just to confirm! Have you checked our Help Center article which has more info on adding video thumbnails: https://goo.gl/6d7hus ? Hope this helps.

I have edited my thumbnail so it meets all of the recommended settings, such as the resolution and file size. But that didn't do anything. I even tried viewing my channel from another account and the thumbnails still don't show up. Yet they show up in YouTube Studio.

Hmm, could you try updating the thumbnail using the same steps and let us know if that helps!

So, I've updated the video a couple of time just to be sure, but still, the changes aren't showing on the thumbnail, it's still my banner.

That's odd, could you file a feedback report with these steps: https://goo.gl/1ckkO5 ? While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues. Thanks!
