Not a fan of Molnupiravir, but if you split samples up often enough, everything becomes insignificant. Without Brazil it is 6.2% vs 8.6%, which is not very impressive indeed.

6.2% vs 8.6% would be largely OK for a cheap drug with known secondary effects. For an expensive drug, probably mutagenic and possibly cancerogenic, it should be a no go.
