Breakout started at the the beginning of vaccine rollout with no natural immunity. Actual infections at peak happened (1WK before reporting) at the point of 50% fully immunized (2WKs after 2nd dose). Although UK with a lot of past immunity and 40% fully vaxxed, their cases /1
