I see that MHRA has said that they have not recieved an application for a licence to sell oral Ivermectin in the UK. The companies that would do this - would surely be the pharmaceutical companies, who seem reluctant to do so.

Perhaps, this was why Dr Hill advised countries to buy the ingredients to manufacture Ivermectin. I think Ivermectin is going to be crucial if we are going to try to get herd immunity - as the up take in vaccine in the BAME is very low.
