IMSS is the public social security hospitals network, and it operates in all of México. They are implementing this approach nationwide, and will give outpatient for free to everyone, not only s. security affiliates. Problem now are public states hospitals, still not on board.

Except Chiapas, Tlaxcala and México city state depending hospitals are giving Ivermectin as early treatment, as far as i know. Have some reports of a huge generics pharmacies "Similares", that use to have a free doctor in every branch, are testing and prescribing ivermectin also.
