Panama’s death and recovery rate are about the same now as at the end of May. I think they are just getting more cases of Covid, now.

Hcq in Costa Rica is suspended since the beginning of may (and coincidentally the usual peak of influenza season). There is total blackout of info from the health dpt atm. They are playing blind and upping restrictions. http://www.c19study.com
