Comment section on jim's blog - Scott's comment was out of the blue though and not really related to the post.
Found it, thank you https://blog.reaction.la/uncategorized/five-more-years/#comments …
Jim isn't actually good at predicting things like that. He's just expecting the worst all the time, but somehow deus ex machina there are secret Trump voters. Scott directly called him on this and was right.
While he didn't quantify the line between existing white flight and being driven out, I'd give him the point thus far. Expansion of the tech colony in Austin has more to do with California's unaffordability than anything racial.
Yeah, I think Jim clearly lost this exchange- 1. Trump lost (cheating is irrelevant even if it happened, Scott didn’t say that he will lose fair and square, vae victis) 2. Biden is the most normal moderate candidate within dem primary.
Scott's predictions were all wrong. Scott wasn't predicting US elections being run like elections in some African country - he thought there would be an actual win by the (D). Biden isn't "moderate" - he's a moron who repeats whatever as if it's common sense - exaggerated ex:pic.twitter.com/HfMXvth1BP
"No white flight" is absurdly wrong - obviously so. There's been a total breakdown of law and order because of DAs who refuse to prosecute crime which has led to massively accelerated flight out of CA.
The white liberals are just shifting around. Unmanaged crime hurts, but COVID reducing the value of location makes some decide they can do the same job and pay less rent. Whites joined in BLM riots and vote for open leftists in big cities.pic.twitter.com/ZfAfDj5Ezk
"It's not white flight, it's just whites moving out of some places and into others" Also that table isn't only population movement of whites.
