I guess my point was that nobles of the past were educated and trained with the assumption they would be nobles while a lot of our current nobility are either poorly educated nobles or the smart ones were originally educated to be tradesmen and later transitioned to leadership

Like people like Jack Dorsey early childhoods and college training were learning how to be tech focused not leaders who have to make tough decisions like the son of a Duke would have to learn. Is it any wonder they behave the way they do. Same with people like Fauci
