All because someone dared to dishonor a general that allegedly promised to warn China if the commander in chief wanted to strike.

And absent the deus ex machina of air power it’s debatable we can even win those (Red Wings, Tongo Tongo,Kamdesh).

It's a weakness inherent in the progressive army. It can't be allowed to even imagine ruling a foreign protectorate because that would give it skills needed to rule and progressives rule is so bad that any alternative is a massive danger.

Anyone that doesn't realize they're fighting for the empire (politicians, military industrial complex) and not the American people by now simply isn't smart enough to put it together, or is unwilling to come to terms with that reality for emotional reasons.

This socom-bois simping for Miley thing has been a great object lesson in how deep political formula programming goes. Most of them seemed to be almost able to tell what time it is, but someone hits a placed trigger and they run like robots.

I think his point is that the individual soldier is only responsible for winning the battles they fight in... He seems like a bad person, but I think he has a point on that.
