Ok... and? So you can get new information about something? I never assumed that my assumptions were always correct, that's why they're assumptions. Like most people haven't been sex workers. So I assume when meeting someone that they haven't been one. But obviously I don't know >
that to a certainty, it's just an assumption. I don't see why that's remarkable. Do other people think what they assume is also necessarily true? Or think that having made an assumption that wasn't true is the same as being wrong?
