Flip the salmon and deglaze the pan with some chicken broth - add enough for about an inch of liquid. Salt the skin side of the salmon and add enough salt for the vegetables. Grate on some pepper. Lower the heat to medium low or low, cover the pan, poach / steam the salmon.

...for about 6 minutes or so. Add lemon juice and stir in some more chopped fresh dill (uh, you should have added some dill with the leeks too). That's it.
