*Not* that way - no soy, no industrial seed oils. You should be able to get all the products from cow's milk, just need to change the ratios of fat and protein so use cow's milk extracts for that (butterfat, whey) plus vitamin enrichment.

Don't get trapped in the progressive science paradigm - "whatever we like needs a study (conducted by us) to prove it's harmful, whatever we dislike needs a study (conducted by us) to prove it's beneficial". Soy protein isn't food. Industrial seed oils aren't food.
