Army Sgt. Jonathan Pentland found guilty of 3rd degree assault by Judge Diedra Hightower after two-day bench trial. “If I were in the situation I’d do the same thing again. I can’t let someone threaten my family,” Pentland testified.https://www.stripes.com/branches/army/2021-08-24/fort-jackson-sgt-jonathan-pentland-assault-guilty-2652478.html …

Jury trial gets the same result. They put someone of the right ancestral background on the jury who then intimidates (with state backing) everyone else on the jury. The justice system can't be tricked into delivering justice.

One based veteran could just tell them all to suck it, worth a try. Judges are all scum.

The case is literally an active duty military guy defending his family and getting his house mobbed and tried for it. A vet on the jury who stands up to the intimidation gets the exact same treatment and it's not too hard to figure out that he's setting himself up for it.
