If you're surprised we spent 2 trillion dollars training an Afghan army that ended up not able to do jumping jacks, wait until you hear how much we spend on urban education each year

''Urban education'' at least has a cognizable GOAL (however unrealistic). What was the military objective of ''training'' an Afghan army? The hope being it could one day fight ITSELF?

Obviously the goal was to protect a puppet regime. I honest don’t know the goal for urban education. If it’s the three r’s, that should only require a few years. Assuming they’re capable of learning. The goal might be babysitting, but that will never be publicly admitted.

The goal is to train as many of them as possible to be criminals Every step of the way they're gently guided to notice that authority is weak, *they're* weak if they submit to it, c'mon, do it, we dare you It's as if they took Caesar Milan and ran his show backwards to plan it.
