Going to answer literally about the lifts - for a 181 lb adult man a 1 plate OHP is about intermediate, a 2 plate bench is 20 lbs above intermediate, 3 plate squat is about 50 lbs above intermediate but a 4 plate DL is 90 lbs over intermediate. DL hardest of those.pic.twitter.com/lguX3SNW21

Disagree with analysis, scales aren't linear. One pound added to deadlift is much less than one pound added to ohp. Percentage wise is a better picture, but still puts deadlift on top.

Was limited by character limits but yes, it's clearly non-linear but not *that* non-linear. It's hard to add 5 lbs to the OHP but it's not as hard as adding an extra plate to the DL.
