Is Raytheon exempt from diversity hiring? Do Raytheon executives have to go to racial struggle sessions? Explain that if Raytheon is calling the shots.

Raytheon board of directors live above such concerns. Diversity policies aren’t contrary to their goals which are making money and extending influence. How are they not in charge? You think the poor saps that get “diversity training” matters? No, only the execs and board members

Execs get race communism struggle sessions too. They have all the money they could want yet still live in fear of commissars because it's made very very clear to them that their money can disappear if the commissars are displeased. The commissars command them to jump, they jump

Going to be diplomatic "you're both correct" IME near high-level board/officer people they are, like every good salesman, believers in whatever's necessary If diversity is necessary for in-group power clique, they will believe it, trade the short-term loss for long-term advantage

Board members and execs are different - the former don't care about the long-term on the business because they'll be board members of whatever businesses that manage to exist - the position is a payoff. Execs are more tied to companies but live in fear of the commissars.

If the satanic pesophiles that want to rape your family weren’t woke and quoted BAP, then everything would be fine. That’s your beef, you just want your masters to be based instead of woke
