How do you even infiltrate a business that has no HR and is exempt from all the regulations that you use as a lever because those regulations don't apply under a certain threshold number of employees?

It's reasonable if you start with the premise that "the working class" naturally coheres but I don't start with that premise. "The workers" don't struggle as a class - they struggle in day to day life in finding a hustle, finding a mate, raising kids in chaos, etc.
