Assigning women responsibility for their actions is stupid though. There is a reason why women physically *cannot* do it. Women in most societies prior to the 60’s were the responsibility of their father before marriage and their husband after.

replace responsibility for causality in your reading if my dog eats the sausage I left on the counter, yeah it's my fault for leaving the sausage out but that doesn't mean a) he's not the one who caused the disappearance of the sausage b) he shouldn't get a bonk on the nose
