They always sell it with vague promises of taxing the bad people to fund the things you want then when the things you want never get delivered and it turns out that you were the bad people to some other group that they were selling it to then the reply is "no refunds"

Trump administration passed record tax cuts and what did finance do? They all endorsed Biden, BLM and Critical Race Theory. The crux being Republican market worship doesn't deliver loyalty from business interests.

Republicans can't expect to control federal government anymore, but as long as they support low taxes, they can never have powerful states which can legitimately threaten nullification and secession. Only strong states can challenge a strong federal government.

There are two separate problems here for (R) voters. The first is that allying with the left to "tax someone" ends up with (R) voters paying the taxes The second is that allying with the (R) donors ends up with the (R) donors getting the benefits.

One doesn't need to ally with the left to tax people, I support these taxes on a state level. What are people gonna do, move to California?

There need to be opposing institutions to leftist ones, private right-wing donors failed to create these institutions so they must be formed by right-wing states through taxation.

That isn't how it can possibly work because every dime spent by the state goes into funding the left. "Get leftist functionaries to set up rightist institutions with tax dollars" is fucking insane as a plan

When states have right-wing supermajorities they can force the institutions to be right-wing. I'm talking about states literally.
