USA literally bombs other countries for made-up reasons. They'll find a way to solve the Armstrong Question. The only way for Armstrong to survive as a CEO of a fintech company is to start HRT and marry a jewish woman.

Agree with the first half and maybe the HRT part because it signals unfakeable commitment but even Jews get their orgs cordecypted - that buys you some leeway but not leeway to keep out progressive agents - that's absolutely forbidden for everyone.

I didn't mean he can survive as a dissident/"neutral" agent. What I meant is he either complies and keeps his toys or gets rekt. No stop to progress.

Sure but if he complies he doesn't have to take either of those steps you described - he just has to comply. Look at Jack.

Here you're right. But for how long?

Depends on your model. The egregore wants twitter to exist but more importantly the members are individually driven to seek power and they gain power by destroying order so eventually they'll destroy twitter even if it would be better for the egregore if it kept existing.

That said, it seems like that day is very far off for twitter.

I talked about Jack specifically, not twitter in general. Twitter can be easily replaced, and Jack can be easily replaced with twitter running without him in charge. I'd assume that in new markets where potential benefits are not yet split the replacement is even more likely.

Twitter functions very well for its purpose - Jack isn't easily replaceable.

Even if there's no shit to find within the company they can always start another conspiracy theory just as with anything else and he'll resign.

Yes, they can push him out easily - I'm saying that his skill at running the org isn't easily replaceable and that they'd prefer that twitter not fail horribly.

Twitter has barely changed since it's creation, there's no big challenges to solve and therefore no skill requirement. And anyways, we've seen a dramatic decrease of competence in a lot of other institutions, incl. the critical ones (e.g. military).
