I'm not going to watch a person die on camera, but it should be noted that we handed guns and badges to people whose threshold of "reasonable fear" is, biologically, much lower and expected stuff like this not to happen because of programming.

This isn't to say we should have banned women from being cops, but we probably should have been honest with ourselves about what we were doing.

They really don't. Women don't defuse situations and they have no sense of justice whatsoever. Women's instinct is always to keep trouble brewing forever as a source of drama.
