If it’s true that traits associated with criminality are heritable, why doesn’t Australia have a more serious crime problem ?(this is a serious question although it might sound trollish and/or stupid)

There was a 6:1 male-to-female ratio amongst the convicts sent down under. Therefore no more than 1/6th of the convict men were successful in reproducing.

ah..interesting (although this opens up another set of questions as to which criminals you’d expect to have most reproductive success, although i’m not entirely serious on that..

Depends on if women got to pick men to reproduce with or if men banded together to force them into monogamy (it was the latter, hence why the place isn't a high crime hell-hole)
