9 minutes kneeling on a neck will kill anyone.

Pressing on the back of the neck won't do the job.

Saw some martial arts training at a police Academy once. 40 cadets working in pairs handcuffing each other from knee to the upper back / neck pins. The instructor would stop to talk fine points now and again. The pinned guys were *asking questions*.

I fear for my country when I realize that the average liberal doesn't even know how to strangle someone.

To be a liberal is to believe that only an expert can tell you that the trachea is in the front of the neck, the carotid arteries are on the sides and neither are on the back if it's necessary. They are superstitious and pre-literate and cannot get knowledge from written sources

How do you put ones knee on the back of someone neck when said person's head is turned to the side? I'm no expert, but I have a neck and my experiment laying on the floor seems to show my carotid exposed not the back of my neck when my head is turned.

Put your hand on the C5 vertebrae and turn your head. It doesn't move. If a knee was on the carotid then he doesn't have his air restricted, he has blood to the brain restricted and passes out in seconds (if there's pressure on the other carotid as well - which there wasn't).
