Why doesn't a United competitor come out and say "fly with us, we won't hire quota diversity pilots"? Because there would be a million lawsuits and investigations and the company would be bankrupt in a week and the executives in jail.

Is that "limited government conservatism"? Did those people ever fight it? They ceded the entire battle because even LGCs believe that there should be unlimited government efforts ... to stop racism.

At this point I just don’t see any major difference between a modern corporation like Coca Cola or Boeing and a Soviet State Owned Enterprise. America has developed its own weird cadre of commissars via regulatory capture and coordination among HR depts. Fascinating.

One reason the corporations are afraid to ever displease the left is that leftists are not afraid to wield their collective power, constantly boycotting or threatening to do so. Meanwhile, those on the right can't agree on anything enough to wield political power. Needs 2 change.

Nah, that's a lie. Leftist boycotts aren't effective as boycotts - they're effective at signalling a real threat - "give in to our demands because we have the state behind us". Economically they're insignificant.
