The longer you stick with proper nutrition and resist processed, garbage food, the sooner you'll lose the taste for bullshit. You'll start to realize how sluggish and awful you feel after dining out or eating crap. And that's a *very* good thing when it starts happening.

You start to gradually feel better all the time then when you go back for a cheat meal and feel awful it makes you wonder if you felt that way all the time and just got used to it (you did and you did).
