Simply false. The dating market entirely reflects women's preference for a very simple reason - dating apps live and die by getting women to sign up for them; no women -> no men, no app so they cater to women and have to cater better to women than alternatives like free drinks.https://twitter.com/kaschuta/status/1377471914839580674 …
It allows women to *quickly* go through a lot of guys and not face (implicit) rejection. That's about it. It offers the ability to shotgun approach to men - which becomes worthless b/c other men get that ability too.

But the exact same can be said of men - it allows them to go through many women without rejection (which would otherwise happen irl). Anyone can shotgun their approach, but the matches that result are more promising.

It's almost never the case that you can correctly say "the same can be said of men" and this isn't an exception. Men on tinder deal with more rejection than they ever would IRL. Women's rejections are implicit IRL - she doesn't want the feeling of offering and getting no takers.
