You're a dating app executive - what's your product? Pussy. What's your competition? Anywhere women can meet men without you - bars, concerts, walks in the park, lines at the grocery story, etc. How do you lure them away from those on to your app? Offer them what they want.

Used to be clubs were the best way to offer women what they wanted - a high stress environment with lots of men in direct competition with each other so she could compare them. It had a problem though - she was *also* in competition with other women.
