sure but conversely in a low-trust society you also probably don't want to put yourself in a position where other party can unilaterally enforce contract (as they interpret it) on you, for the same reason I'll grant that it makes sense for the company, but I wouldn't buy one

for Tesla having the car just hijack itself and drive back is obviously better than hiring armed bounty hunters to retrieve but I don't think I want a company to be able to arbitrarily cancel my subscription to the "driving to work" app because they determined I violated the TOS
