I hate rest days. How do you deal with the feeling of not lifting for a whole day?

Stretching. Stretching is so good. My goal is to be able to do a roundhouse kick to the head. For now I'll settle with being able to sit on my heels.

Learn takedowns - head kicks are much easier to execute when your opponent is downed.
