Map doesn't look accurate to me - too many states over 100. There are almost no over 100 average IQ groups in the US - never mind in high enough numbers to push state IQ far over 100. Plenty of sub 100 groups too.
White Britons, iirc but even using white Americans as 100 it doesn't work for the above numbers - TX at 100 with 35% Hispanic?
