Serious question: Aren't arguments against siblings marrying each other essentially eugenics arguments? ...of the state-enforced restriction of individual liberty variety. Is their a coherent argument against eugenics and sibling marriage?

It's not though - if "childhood sweethearts" marry then the woman was denied a key opportunity to explore the fullness of freedom by getting passed around by dozens of men out of her league. The structure of society is extremely anti-childhood sweetheart.
