1. Be beautiful 2. Make him wait a decently long time for sex (>1 month, <3 w/ many interactions together, like 10 evenings/days/dates) 3. Be kind, feminine, actually listen to him

The second is bad advice anyway. If he's attractive to women he knows you've gone to bed with other men within hours of meeting them so any attempt to withhold sex becomes a red flag.

It's not about that. Men need to be made to work for it in order to value it.

In practice no woman is worth "working for" b/c you know with certainty that she didn't impose this requirement on men she was actually attracted to. We have a reversed sexual market - men have to look for signs of women faking attraction instead of the converse with commitment.

> "No woman is worth "working for" b/c you know with certainty that she didn't impose this requirement on men she was actually attracted to." No woman is worth working for, and no man who won't work for you is worth trying to make a commitment with. Two-sided lemon market

Yes. Defect / defect equilibrium completely destroys the mating market.

Well, it's not so much defecting as the fact that engaging in a transaction sends a signal of low value. Yes, mating market is seriously broken.
