Jim makes a great point about what can be hoped for from the courts - courts do not issue orders that they expect to be ignored. They have to expect enforcement or they won't intervene. This goes to the heart of the disagreement between his wing of NRx and what Yarvin has said.
It's why Trump hasn't done many things that theoretically he could have - rule number one is don't give an order that won't be followed.
