Rational perspective on election fraud: In any given election there will be some fraud. As the true margin gets closer and closer to 0, the probability of fraud being the deciding factor increases. Fraud isn't a yes/no, it's a number - how many net votes are fraudulent?

Look, to be fair, I would personally agree to take part in ballot stuffing (e.g. to prevent President Sanders). But I’m a weirdo cynical utilitarian who has no respect for democracy. How many normal people you think would do it? 1/10? 1/20? It can’t be much more than that.

I think near 100% of DMV-lady types in black run cities would - African behavioral standards under high trust norms that enable cheating rather than restraining it with the specific American reluctance to see black misbehavior added to it. They can't imagine law applying to them
