Yes; heard of it but I think even this understates the intellectual gap. Men and women don't have interchangeable roles so comparing intellectual capacity between them isn't going to predict what real world use they put that capacity to.
Each of those things points to significant differences in roles - hence what use each sex puts their intelligence to which then implies that test scores aren't going to fit perfectly. Take "interest in abstractions" for example - area that gives great returns for mental effort.

Men habitually throughout their lifetime will invest more effort in this which changes mental development which leads to different internalized mental frameworks to make abstractions and see relationships, etc. This focus is valuable for producing intellectual outputs.
