I want: 1) tit-for-tat against all cos. (incl FB) for indiv censorship events, 2) asymmetric burdens for companies that are more biased in application (like Twitter, comp to FB), 3) deregulation of economy & media in gen, 4) contingency plan to break up or natl’ze social media

Zuckerberg’s time is valuable, if he has to testify to the Senate every time FB censors a RWer this stops fast

Also a blind political litmus for payment processors and certain marketplaces / publishers, you cannot take clients on the terrorism/trafficking watchlist and cannot exclude clients any other clients for political reasons

Attempting to pressure a payment processor or (certain kinds of) marketplace / publisher to drop clients for political reasons becomes tortious interference, racketeering and fraud

Because the regulations are the cause of Woke Capital. What happens when you "regulate" them "into oblivion"? They suck up to the regulators and the regulators are happy when they push wokeness.

Right. Is NPR less woke than CNN? Purge NPR, show that a right-leaning congress can choose to have a right-leaning corp for public broadcasting, and then we can talk about legally-enforced Based Nabisco and Based Hollywood

There's a scale that goes: Enforced wokeness -> free market -> enforced basedness Right now we're at the left point and moving towards the middle makes things better for us even if we desire the point on the right. The market would likely enforce enough basedness anyway.

Admittedly part of the problem (idk if true for Welt) is a lot of rw catholics are beholden to lw catholics who think that the Civil Rights Act is holier than communion. Their conception of “free enterprise” cannot extend to include letting local communities regulate themselves
