I think individuals who aren't willing to swear on their children (and pay the price if they lied) they prefer country x to any other country and would die for it, should not come close to military of intelligence of country x

Easy way of achieving the same goal - consider "diversity training" proof that the company admits to differential treatment by race rather than proof that they fulfilled requirements to mitigate it. Weaponize the approach taken against Princeton.
