The most important thing we can do against climate change is start working heavily on #GeoEngineering
Yet I don't see anyone talking about that.
It's a massive mistake; emissions reductions won't bite for another half-century or more, but #GeoEngineering works right now.
More CO2 leads to higher temperature isn't even the model for climate science - the model is that more CO2 leads to other effects which increase the concentration of other, more potent warming gasses. The direct CO2 relationship is dominated by feedback loops one way or another.

Yes there are a lot of feedbacks. But it is not tenable to claim that nothing is changing - we can see the CO2 level changing, we know that that feeds into climate. That alone is enough that we should look into
#GeoEngineering, just in case. -
Assuming a perfect technical ability to conduct any level of geoengineering there doesn't exist any body that would use that ability to produce anything like what you or I would consider an optimal outcome. Imagine what anarcho-tyranny of climate engineering would look like.
