The fundamental problem is that only, roughly, 2.3% of African American have IQs over 115. No doubt Dalton School, with its $65 million endowment, already buys its fair share of >115 IQ blacks, but there just aren't enough to go around to meet the immense demand for them.

They only teach the real tricks in the really expensive classes! There are whole books on how to do math problems but the problem is they cost millions of dollars each.
