Thanks, I’ve read almost everything from spandrell, i meant ssc post archived somewhere, scott alexander and its community doesnt convince me but would be an interesting reading nonetheless

Quite a few good commenters but the ones I've interacted with outside SSC who leave good comments to look for: James A Donald (before he got banned) Spandrell (before he got banned) Steve Johnson (before his banning kicked off the "reign of terror")
